Fast Loss Runs

Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

These terms set out how your agency may use Fast Loss Runs, what we provide, and how billing works. Please read them with our Privacy Policy.

1. The agreement

These terms are an agreement between Fast Loss Runs, of Michigan, United States (“we”, “us”), and the organization that uses Fast Loss Runs (“you”, the “customer”). By creating an account, accepting an invitation or using the service, you agree to them. If you use Fast Loss Runs on behalf of an agency, you confirm that you may accept these terms for it.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information and forms part of these terms.

2. The service

Fast Loss Runs helps insurance agencies request loss run reports from carriers, collect insureds’ signed authorizations, send reminders and scheduled requests, file the replies, look up public FMCSA filings and summarize received reports. We may improve, change or retire features over time. Features described as coming soon are not part of the service until they are released.

3. Accounts and organizations

  • Each organization has one administrator (the superuser), who manages its members, settings and billing.
  • Each person needs their own account. Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at support@fastlossruns.com if you suspect unauthorized use. An account can be signed in on one device at a time.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your organization’s accounts and for keeping your account information accurate.

4. Your responsibilities

Fast Loss Runs is a tool; your agency remains responsible for its own business and its dealings with insureds and carriers. In particular, you agree that:

  • You have the right to request the loss runs you request, including being the agent of record where you say you are, or holding the insured’s authorization.
  • You are responsible for the wording and legal sufficiency of the authorizations and messages you send, and for meeting the laws and carrier requirements that apply to you. We do not provide legal advice and do not certify that an electronic signature is sufficient for any purpose.
  • You have the right to put into Fast Loss Runs the information you add or import, and to have us process it to provide the service.
  • FMCSA filings shown in Fast Loss Runs come from public records and are suggestions to review, not confirmation of current coverage.
  • Loss summaries and figures read by AI can contain errors. You will review them before relying on them or sharing them.
  • When you connect a mailbox, Fast Loss Runs sends on your behalf the messages you create or schedule, and you are responsible for them as if you had sent them yourself.

5. Acceptable use

You will not:

  • send spam, unsolicited bulk email, or messages that are deceptive or impersonate someone else;
  • use the service to break the law, infringe others’ rights, or handle information you have no right to;
  • try to access another organization’s information, probe or break our security, or get around limits on your plan;
  • upload malware or interfere with the service or its providers;
  • copy, resell or reverse engineer the service, except where the law allows it.

We may suspend sending or an account to stop a violation or protect the service, and will tell you when we do.

6. Your data

You own the information you put into Fast Loss Runs. You give us permission to store, process and transmit it only as needed to provide, secure and support the service for you, and as described in the Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data. You can ask your administrator, or us at support@fastlossruns.com, to have your organization’s data deleted.

7. Trial, plans and billing

  • Free trial. A new organization gets a 14-day free trial; no card is required to start. If you choose a plan during the trial, the trial days left carry over and the first charge comes when the trial ends.
  • Plans and prices are shown on our home page and Billing page. Prices are in US dollars, before any applicable taxes, which are added where required.
  • Payment. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance through Stripe, and renew automatically until cancelled. Seat limits depend on the plan; on Team, the charge follows the number of active members.
  • Changing plans. Moving to a larger plan is charged right away and takes effect once paid; moving to a smaller plan credits the next invoice.
  • Cancelling. You can cancel at any time from Billing. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid for.
  • Missed payments. If a card payment fails, you have one week to fix it. After that, or when a trial ends without a plan, the organization becomes read-only: nothing is deleted, replies are still recorded, but nothing new is sent until the balance is paid. Returning from unpaid charges the current month; months spent read-only are not charged.
  • Refunds. Fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise, or where we charged you by mistake (for example, a duplicate subscription), which we will refund.
  • Price changes. We will give at least 30 days’ notice by email before a price change applies to your subscription.

8. Third-party services

The service relies on providers such as Google, Stripe and email delivery services, and on carriers and insureds responding. Your use of a connected Google account is also subject to Google’s terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, for whether or when a carrier replies, or for the content of what they send.

9. Our property

Fast Loss Runs, its software, design and content belong to us and our licensors. These terms give you the right to use the service while your subscription or trial is active; they do not transfer any ownership. If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.

10. Disclaimers

We work to keep Fast Loss Runs reliable and secure, but the service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that every email will be delivered, or that AI readings or FMCSA data will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, neither party will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue or data, and our total liability arising out of these terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to your payment obligations or to either party’s liability that cannot be limited by law.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Fast Loss Runs against third-party claims arising from the information you put into the service, the messages you send through it, or your breach of these terms or the law.

13. Ending the agreement

You can stop using Fast Loss Runs and cancel at any time. We may suspend or end an account that breaches these terms or is required to be closed by law, with notice where reasonable. Sections that by their nature should survive (your data, payment owed, disclaimers, limitation of liability and indemnity) survive the end of the agreement.

14. General

  • We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top and notify administrators before a material change takes effect; continuing to use the service afterwards means you accept the updated terms.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and applicable United States federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The state and federal courts located in Michigan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these terms or the service, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
  • If part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term is not a waiver of it.
  • You may not transfer these terms without our consent; we may transfer them as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of assets.
  • These terms, the Privacy Policy and any order or quote we agree with you in writing are the whole agreement between us about the service.
