Features
Every plan includes every feature. Turn through the planner below: each feature has its own page, with a picture of how it looks in the product.
Sending
Connect Gmail or any SMTP mailbox, with Microsoft 365 coming soon. Every request leaves under your name and your own email signature, so carriers reply to a person they recognize.
Replies
Every request carries a number like LR-2026-K7M2Q. When the carrier answers, the reply and its PDF attachments are matched to that request and filed against it.
E-signature
When you're not agent of record, the insured gets a signing link by email and signs once, drawn or typed. Each carrier then receives its own authorization PDF listing only its policies.
Automatic signing reminders
Choose how often an unsigned authorization asks again, from every day to every 30 days. Each reminder re-sends the original invitation with the same link, and reminders stop once the insured signs.
Scheduling
Set a schedule for an insured once and it generates the requests for you. Run it a set number of days before each policy renews, repeat it every few months, add dates of your own, or combine all three.
Timeline
The renewal timeline lays out the next 120 days month by month: each policy renewal, whether a request is already out for it, and each scheduled send. Open any request to see its own timeline, with the time and person behind every step.
Status
Every request shows its stage at a glance: drafted, awaiting signature, signed, with the carrier, or received. Hover a stage to see when it happened and who moved it.
FMCSA lookup
Enter a DOT number to see the insurance filings on record with FMCSA. Treat them as a starting point: they're suggestions to review, not verified current policies.
Templates
Keep named templates for agent of record requests, authorization requests and signing invitations, with placeholders for insured, policy and carrier details and a formatting toolbar for the message.
Carrier directory
Keep each carrier's loss-run inbox in your agency's directory, not the underwriter's address, so the whole team sends to the same, correct place.
Security
Loss runs carry claims history, policy numbers and signatures. Fast Loss Runs encrypts what it stores, keeps every agency's records apart, and records who did what.
Mailbox passwords and access tokens are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the server. They never reach the browser, and no one else in your agency can open your connection, the administrator included.
Carrier PDFs, signature images and outgoing mail live in private, encrypted storage, never behind public links. The application can also seal them with its own AES-256-GCM key before they're stored, so storage credentials alone can't read them.
Every connection to a mail server uses TLS with certificate checks. A mail server that would begin the conversation unencrypted is refused.
Each organization's records are isolated by row-level security in the database, and every file is checked against your organization before it's served.
Each signing link is a random 256-bit key stored only as a hash. It works once, expires after 45 days, and can be revoked.
Signing in on a new device signs out the old one, so a forgotten laptop doesn't stay signed in.
Seeing a colleague's records doesn't let you send through their mailbox. Only a request's owner can send it.
Status changes and signatures are append-only, and mail content is frozen before delivery, so what a carrier received can't be quietly changed.
What this doesn't cover: names, recipients, subjects and file names are stored as ordinary database records so you can search them, and email to carriers travels over standard TLS email transport, like all business email.

FAQ
Something else? Email support@fastlossruns.com.
A carrier's claims-history report for a policy, usually covering five years. Underwriters need one for every current policy before they'll quote.
Yes. It's sent from your connected mailbox, under your name and email signature. If you haven't connected a mailbox, it's sent from request@fastlossruns.com under your agency's name ("Your Agency via Fast Loss Runs"), and replies still come back to the request.
Yes. Mailbox credentials are encrypted with AES-256-GCM on the server, files are kept in private, encrypted storage, and every connection to a mail server uses TLS.
Choose a cadence from 1 to 30 days (every 3 days by default), or switch reminders off. While the insured hasn't signed, each reminder re-sends the original invitation with the same link, up to 10 times. Once they sign, the reminders stop.
Yes. A schedule can run a set number of days before each policy renews, repeat every few months, or run on dates you pick. Each run sends the agent of record requests and one signing invitation for the rest.
The reply is matched to its request by the request number, and the attachments are filed to that request.
Open the link in the email and sign once. That one signature covers every carrier being asked.

It comes from public FMCSA insurance filing records. Treat it as a starting point to review, not as confirmation of current coverage.
Your organization becomes read-only until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted, and your administrator can still reach Billing.
Yes. Switch between Solo and Team from Billing at any time, as long as your current team fits the plan's user limit.
Yes. Download the spreadsheet template from Imports, fill in your carriers, insureds, policies and schedules, and upload it. Everything is checked and shown to you before it's saved. Records already on file are recognized and left unchanged, so you can fix a file and upload it again, and only what's missing is added.
